What if my order arrives damaged or broken?
At Madam Jan, we take utmost care in packaging, but due to the delicate nature of our products, damages can occasionally occur in transit. While we do not offer returns or exchanges, we’re happy to replace any item that arrives damaged or incorrect. To request a replacement, please email us at hello@madamjanindia.com with an unboxing video of the parcel within 48 hours of delivery.

Do you accept returns or offer exchanges?

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
At the moment, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. We accept secure payments through UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Paytm, and Google Pay for a smooth checkout experience.
