Because our pieces are handcrafted and delicate, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. But if your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, here’s what you need to know:
- Condition: We only accept returns if the product is defective or damaged, and in an unused condition.
- Process:
- If you have received a damaged product, please write to us at hello@madamjanindia.com within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.
- Kindly include uninterrupted unboxing video of the damaged product to help our quality control team validate your claim.
- Once approved, we will replace the product.
- Exclusions: No returns, refunds, or replacements are applicable on orders placed during sale periods.
- If a damaged product is part of a set, the entire set must be returned for an exchange or refund.
- Please ensure the set remains intact to facilitate a smooth return process.
Cancellations . - We do not accept cancellation requests once an order has been placed.
Changes in Order Information - If you have entered an incorrect pincode or contact number, please write to us at hello@madamjanindia.com to update it.
- Corrections can only be made if the order has not yet been processed by our shipping partner (i.e., while the order status remains unfulfilled).
